Selecting the correct size of glove is critical to its effectiveness and we are therefore happy to provide a refund or replacement should the size prove to be unsuitable. Otherwise we will only provide a refund or replacement if there is a proven defect in the product. Customers should contact us by phone fax or email to obtain a reference number. Items should be returned in the condition in which they were originally received and quoting the relevant reference number. Requests for a refund or replacement must be made within 7 days of the receipt of the goods.
