Prices: All prices shown are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST and Postage (shipping within Australia only).
Delivery and Shipping Costs: We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery
Within Australia: Postage to an Australian address is free of charge for Standard Mail Delivery (7-14 days). Should an Express delivery (1-2 days) be required select "Express delivery within Australia only" from the drop down menu next to "delivery method" on page 1 of order. A postal charge is added to the order.
Outside Australia: Please email us directly at (firstname.lastname@example.org) for delivery options.
Returns Policy: Selecting the correct size of glove is critical to its effectiveness and we are therefore happy to provide a refund or replacement should the size prove to be unsuitable. Otherwise we will only provide a refund or replacement if there is a proven defect in the product. Customers should contact us by phone fax or email to obtain a reference number. Items should be returned in the condition in which they were originally received and quoting the relevant reference number. Requests for a refund or replacement must be made within 7 days of the receipt of the goods.
